After 50+ Years of Homeownership, my sellers have officially joined the Legacy Club and are no longer homeowners 🗝️

I had the absolute pleasure getting to know this couple over the sale of their home through many nursing home visits and long walks from room to room. Getting to hear various memories from the house as well as their relationship. It was truly, such a joy.

While it wasn’t a straight contract to close (most transactions aren’t) this home was initially under contract after multiple offers at just a little above asking at $252,000. We went through inspection and appraisal (and probably the fastest I will ever get an appraisal back — it was within 24 hours 🤯) when those buyers got cold feet and walked away. A road block but it happens. I went back to visit the nursing home and came with a plan of getting back on market and back under contract. Within days we received multiple offers again and these buyers were READY. They both came with very strong offers and my sellers could not believe it!!! Today we closed for $41,000 OVER ASK at $290,000!!!
It was a beautiful & smooth transaction and I can only imagine how excited the new buyers are!

During one of my visits I got to check out her puzzle area and she told me about how much she loved to complete puzzles so I obviously had to get a puzzle made of her house and her reaction was the sweetest thing ever!!! I also learned that he was a big fan of M&Ms so when I told him about my closing cookies with specialty M&Ms he couldn’t wait for the day!! He tore right into the closing cookies with wide eyes and a huge smile!!! Another moment where I just stood still and took it all in feeling so grateful to do what I do 🥹

A little look back at one of our favorite nights in Cleveland ❤️⚾️

Last year’s Miracles at the Ballpark was filled with so many special moments ⭐️ From our 2025 Miracle Network Child, Annie, throwing out the first pitch, to good food, giveaways, the hot dog race, a Guardians WIN, and fireworks to end the night! 🎆

And now we’re doing it all again! ⭐️

Join us for a fun night at the Cleveland Guardians game while helping raise money for Children’s Miracle Network, benefiting local kids through UH Rainbow and Akron Children’s hospital on AUGUST 4! ⭐️
