They're neighboring communities, but they offer surprisingly different lifestyles depending on what you're looking for. From housing styles and amenities to community feel and everyday convenience, there are some important differences worth considering.

Do you think you need a spouse to buy a home?

A lot of people do.

But more buyers are purchasing homes on their own than ever before—including young professionals, divorced individuals, widows, and people who simply aren't waiting for the "perfect" life circumstances.

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is:

👉🏾 "I don't make enough to buy by myself."

The truth is that homeownership has far more to do with your income, debt, savings, and goals than your relationship status.
