Have you ever thought about flipping a property? Maybe for yourself or for an additional income as a landlord? I just have to tell you about my recent closing.

I was working with an investor for SIX MONTHS looking for the perfect home in Historic Riverside. I looked at home after home for him taking photos and videos because he is not local, but they just weren’t right for him.

Finally we found THE ONE. It was exactly what he wanted in the location he was looking for 🤩 and that’s not even the best part… we worked together to close on it UNDER list price! That’s a HUGE WIN in this market!

I wanted to share because I know sometimes we think our dreams for home buying or expanding our streams of income seem unattainable! They had a limited amount of time to house hunt, wanted a quick move-in and also a newer construction. It didn’t stop me from doing everything in my power to get them exactly what they wanted! 2 days of looking + 24 houses later we locked in this home 🤩

Just over here reminiscing on last week when I had customers come all the way from North Carolina for 2.5 days to find a house and we looked at TWENTY-FOUR homes all over Jax in that short time 😱

I’m not going to lie - it was tough on all of us! But we did it! We found the perfect house, managed to beat out multiple offers and negotiated the terms just as the buyers wanted - total win!

My goal as your REALTOR® is always going to be to help make buying or selling a home as seamless and stress-free as possible 🤗 even when we only have a few days to make a deal happen!
