🏡 SOLD! And WOW… what a journey this one was! 😂

This was a house I bought, completely fixed up, and then put on the market. And despite everything that came AFTER, this beauty went UNDER CONTRACT in less than a week! 🎉

The closing, however… took almost 2 MONTHS. 😅

There were definitely some bumps along the way, including lending decisions where my advice unfortunately wasn’t followed, which made this one of the most challenging transactions I’ve ever dealt with.

But at the end of the day, we made it to the closing table, the house is SOLD, and I am SO glad this chapter is officially closed! 🙌😂
