Because honestly… We want to know what YOU want.

🏡 REAL TALK: What We’re Seeing in the Market Right Now
Let’s talk about the real estate market—not the headlines, not the hype, and definitely not the doom and gloom. 😉
Here’s what we’re seeing at Four Star Realty Group:
📍 Inventory is still tight. Good homes that are priced PROPERLY are getting attention.
💰 Buyers are still out there. They may be more careful, more selective and definitely more payment-conscious, but they haven’t disappeared.
🏠 Pricing matters more THAN EVER.
Sellers CAN'T simply look at what a neighbor got two years ago and add another $50,000. Today’s buyers are comparing homes, condition, location and value very closely.

👀 Presentation matters. Professional photography, good preparation and making a home show its best can make a BIG difference in how buyers respond.

🤝 Negotiations are happening. The market isn't simply “list it and wait.” There are conversations happening around price, inspections, concessions, repairs and terms—and experience matters.
And here’s the biggest thing I want both buyers AND sellers to understand:
This is not a one-size-fits-all market.
A $200,000 house in one location can behave completely differently from a $500,000 house somewhere else.

That’s why at Four Star, we look at YOUR property, YOUR goals and what is actually happening in YOUR market not what someone on Facebook says the market is doing OR what Chat Gpt says or last what ZILLOW says. 😉 lol
