🚨 Real Estate Wire Fraud is REAL

Today a client was trying to wire $650,000… but wasn’t even sure who to send it to. Thought the name might be “Mary.”

That’s how these scams happen.

I had him stop immediately, made a couple calls, and got everything safely on track.

These fraud attempts are getting very convincing and they tend to show up right before closing, when people are wiring life savings.

Before you wire ANY money:
✔️ Verify everything
✔️ Call a trusted professional
✔️ Never rely on email instructions alone

This is one area where a little guidance can prevent a very expensive mistake.
