Sue has a natural propensity for customer service, is detail oriented, and intuitively knows what type of property her client(s) are looking for, even if they haven’t eloquently described it. Sue’s ability to observe what the client’s needs are and listening to their wants has made her a client favorite.

Prior to Real Estate Sue was an 8 yr member of the National Ballet of Canada, then went on to perform in the musicals “Cats”, “Phantom of the Opera”, “Showboat”, and in the Broadway production of Ragtime. Due to Sue’s attention to detail, diligence, and trustworthiness, she was promoted to Dance Captain/Swing and eventually Resident Director of the US premiere production of “Ragtime”, and “Showboat”. In May 2004, Sue and her husband, a Broadway Veteran moved to Vergennes Vermont where they bought and ran the Emerson Guest House for 17 years. Sue is currently serving on the BOD of the Vergennes Opera House as Secretary. Sue has also served at the John Graham Shelter to aid the Homeless. Sue choreographed 5 musicals for the Vergennes Union High School Musical theater productions and some for the Flynn Center VT.
