PSA - If you're moving and looking to hire a professional mover be VERY CAREFUL. We have heard of 3 situations in the last few weeks of seller's searching for moving companies on the internet and getting moving "brokers" who take a deposit but never show up! Please, if you're searching online be absolutely certain you are dealing directly with the moving company before paying for anything!

What a great opportunity to come stay in Vermont! This place is incredible and magical. If being surrounded by natural beauty appeals to you, without the thought of pitching and sleeping in a ⛺️ tent (not my idea of fun!), then this place is for you. This is what I would call Luxury Camping!

Vermont played a massive role in the American Revolution, and Ripton is conveniently located near many historical sites! From Ethan Allen’s homestead, to Fort Ticonderoga, there’s much to see and do for history buffs.

We currently have 2 cabins open for the 3rd and 4th of July, and there are many celebrations to choose from in the surrounding towns on both days!

The real estate industry has been rocked in recent years. We've navigated changes, mergers, settlements, and technological advances that have, or will, change how we do business.

But one thing will remain - the agent at the center of transactions keeping everything in order, on time and on task. This is our purpose. We are here to help.

So, when you need us - please call or send a direct message to us! There are SO many third party sites that scrub information from the consumers and then "package" that as a lead to us. But there are also BOTS doing this 10x faster and greater. These days I delete more BOT "inquiries" from Compass/Redfin and "zoom requests" from couples that never seem to be in the same place than I ever have before!

If you want a personal connection, please reach out and make one rather than clicking through internet sites to "ask an agent" or "get more info" because those buttons will not give you what you really want!

You just never know what kind of excitement might happen! I saw this group carrying their kayaks down Main St and they disappeared behind the Battell Block building. So we watched these courageous humans topple over the falls! Amazing! Amd nothing you could pay me to do!!!
