The Trotta is being recognized as one of the most impressive and unique construction projects completed in 2022 in Wisconsin! The development received a Silver Project of Distinction Award from Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin.

Located in Middleton, Wisconsin, The Trotta Apartments is a 126-unit multi-family residence. Despite challenges resulting from material delays and labor shortages, McShane delivered the project ahead of schedule and below budget.
