Did you build a new home and get a Samsung French door w/ icemaker that has stopped working?? Or did you replace an old fridge with a Samsung that the icemaker quit working??

If so, they are aware of the problem and are urging people with Samsungs to call for troubleshooting and/or replacement and a service call which will be paid by Samsung provided the icemaker is not working correctly.

My advice to anyone who owns a Samsung refrigerator and is having problems with it:

- Document the problem(s) and take photos.

- Contact the store where you purchased the refrigerator. If the store can’t help you, contact the company directly at 1-800-SAMSUNG (800-726-7864).

- Be persistent.

Want to buy but scared of High Interest rates??

By buying real estate, you will be on the real estate trend rather than the cash trend.
National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), as of Q1 2021, has announced the average 25-year return with a average annualized returns on residential Real estate to be 9.6%-10.3%.
Now think....The average interest rate for bonds varies depending on the type of bond and its maturity. For example, as of December 31, 2022, the US 10-Year Government Bond Interest Rate was at 3.46%. while interest rates in banks, according to Bankrate’s June 21 weekly survey of institutions, the national average yield for savings accounts is 0.25% APY.
So by buying even at 5-6% your cash will be making more in a home, than it will in the bank. (10-6=4% gain).

Is it really a bad time to buy? Not really! in the past 40 years we have seen interest rates up to 18% with good credit, and more for marginal credit. Those home today show a gain of 200% and more. Lets re-think how we are looking at this picture. Buy low (with higher interest) then refi a lower principal when the rates drop. (during this drop, prices on homes will escalate). Thinking outside the box can allow you financial freedom!
