This one feels a little different because this time, I was the seller. 🏡

After years of guiding my clients through selling their homes, I got to experience the process from their side. The prepping, cleaning, showings, inspections, packing and everything in between. It is SO much work. 😂

Going through it myself gave me an even greater appreciation for what my sellers are navigating and reminded me just how valuable it is to have someone in your corner managing all the moving pieces.

Today, I get to put a SOLD sign on my own house. 🤍

I had the privilege of representing these sellers when they originally purchased this home, and I’m incredibly grateful they trusted me again when it came time to sell.

Being the Realtor my clients come back to years later is something I never take for granted. It means so much to be trusted with a home more than once.

So thankful for their continued trust and for the opportunity to help from purchase to sale. 🏡

So this was fun!! Getting to represent friends on the purchase of their brand new home, that just so happens to be my new next door neighbor.🥳 So excited for all the fun we are about to have!! Congratulations on your gorgeous new home!!!

This one was a special one❤️ When friends trust you to get their home sold for them and every detail goes nearly perfect it’s a really great feeling. This market is HARD and when a home goes pending in 10 days in a neighborhood known for 60 days on market as the average it’s exciting! I’m so excited that we get to continue being neighbors in our next season!! Gods plans are always perfect❤️

A bonus to this transaction was getting to work with Amy Potter 🏡 REALTOR®️ as the buyers agent (also a former neighbor of ours) can’t wait to work with her again. It was a true dream!

This closing is extra special for so many reasons.

It all started with a referral…from a referral. The trust that comes with being recommended by past clients is something I never take for granted, and it’s truly one of the greatest compliments I can receive.

My wonderful client is the best friend of the client who referred her to me. She’s making the move from Arizona, and now they’ll get to be neighbors again after all these years. Helping make that reunion possible has been such a joy to be a part of.
