Hello, Greystone Owners!

7 Hills Striping was expected at Greystone this morning for re-striping of existing lines. The rains in the region last night did slow them down at the jobs scheduled before Greystone, unfortunately, but they are still planning to re-stripe the property today though.

I will update everyone when the striping is complete!

Hello, Greystone Owners!

7 Hills Striping will be onsite at Greystone Condominiums on Monday, July 27, to repaint the parking space lines, crosswalk areas, and add new fire lane markings as requested by the Madison Fire Department. In order to complete this work, all vehicles will need to be off the asphalt on Monday morning by 10 AM. Vehicles can be parked inside unit garages.

Once the paint is applied, it takes about 15-minutes to dry completely. 7 Hills anticipates roughly an hour of work for the entire property, so vehicles should be good to be back onsite by Noon, depending on when the work actually gets started.

The grass is being treated with w**d killer today, right now.
I would not take your dogs out on our grassed property for the next few days.
It is being treated on ALL grass areas throughout our property.

Alternate side parking rules go into effect starting this Friday, November 15 through March 15, 2020. Rules are enforced from 1am to 7am seven days a week regardless of weather conditions. Park on the odd-numbered side of the street on odd days and the even-numbered side of the street on even days. Violators may receive a ticket for $20 which increases to $60 during a declared Snow Emergency.

Hello, Greystone Condominium Owners -

The snow event yesterday generated another 6+ inches of snow for our area - wow!

The snow removal company was expected to be onsite periodically yesterday to help keep sidewalks and driveways clear, but we have learned that did not happen as expected and that several owners had issues this morning leaving the property due to uncleared or improperly cleared snow.

We are working with the vendor to return to the property as soon as possible and provide clear out services. We will be addressing the lack of prompt service with them as well, especially as more snow is in the forecast for tomorrow evening and possibly this weekend.

It may be a snow day today but don’t forget to shovel your cars out and move them so our snow removal company can come in a properly plow the snow in our neighborhood.
