⚠️ AIR QUALITY ALERT – Hazardous Conditions in Middleton

Smoke from Canadian wildfires has created hazardous air quality across the Middleton area. Everyone—not just those with underlying health conditions—should take precautions until conditions improve.

To help protect yourself:
• Stay indoors with windows and doors closed whenever possible.
• Avoid strenuous outdoor activities and exercise.
• If you must be outside, consider wearing a well-fitting N95 or KN95 mask.
• Run your air conditioner on recirculate if possible, or use a HEPA air purifier.
• Check on older adults, young children, neighbors, and anyone with heart or lung conditions.

If you experience severe difficulty breathing or another medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

We are making strides at Haven at Middleton Shores!

This week marks concrete pour 13 of 39 as we continue building this 7-story structure. Once completed, Haven at Middleton Shores will bring 161 new units to Middleton, WI, spanning 306,822 square feet.

We’re excited to keep the momentum going as concrete work continues, with project completion anticipated in spring 2027.
