Today marks 2 years since becoming a Licensed Realtor! It’s certainly had its ups and downs! Helping people is pretty much what I’ve done my entire adult life, whether it be through Army Family Programs, Unit Support, or just lending a hand by helping elderly neighbors by making a meal or shoveling their drive way! This new adventure takes it to a whole new level, life changing for some people. That feeling when you’ve helped Newlywed couple their very first home! Finding a tenant a home when they thought it wasn’t possible! Handing over a historic placard to the new owners of an investment property! But then you also have those downs when you loose out on a bidding war or even worst, when a client you’ve worked with solid for two years lists the house that you’ve worked with them on with another agent. In this business you truly see a persons true colors. And sometimes it’s not pretty! And in the current market, inventory and interest rates and the rental market are other huge obstacles to overcome.

Over the past two years, I’ve assisted in the purchase and sale of 13 homes and have found dozens of people either seasonal or year round rentals. I have become certified as a Military Relocation Professional ( and no, the 22 moves in 30 years did not qualify me for this, I actually had to take a class!).
