Finally closed! This condo holds a special place in my journey-it was the first deal I ever worked on when I became a Realtor three years ago. Since then, this property has taught me more than anything else l've learned in my career. It was an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish.
We went under contract three times-the first buyer backed out just three days before closing, the second was a cash offer that fell through the very next day, and the third required SPOT approval, which brought a new challenge at every turn.
I gave everything I had to get this deal done, and I'm beyond grateful I could help my client sell and hopefully move their money into a new property. Up until now, my real estate journey has been relatively smooth, but this deal humbled me. It reinforced the importance of persistence, problem-solving, and always putting my clients first. No matter what obstacles come up, there's always a way forward-you just have to find it.
