The Cassidy - Organic. Cozy. Collected.

Our talented designers, Susan and Kathryn, teamed up to create a color palette that feels equal parts elevated, welcoming, and effortlessly timeless. Layered with warm oat and flax tones, earthy olive greens, rich espresso accents, and soft neutrals, this color palette captures the essence of organic modern design.

"Classic architectural details are complemented by clean lines and curated finishes, resulting in rooms that feel intentional without being overly formal. The balance of style and practicality ensures that the home lives as beautifully as it looks."

Our Delaware design dream team, Karen, Rhianna, and Jaime, came together to craft a color story for The Chesapeake that feels both bold and beautifully livable. Rich layers, moody tones, and organic textures set the stage for a home that’s equal parts sophisticated and inviting.

The team shared:
“We wanted this home to feel dark and moody, while still relaxed and livable, so we layered deep tones with rich textures to create that foundation. A subtle boho influence will come through in the organic patterns, warm wood accents, and mixed materials, helping to soften the palette. Lighting and greenery will act as the finishing touches, adding contrast, movement, and a sense of life throughout the space. The Chesapeake will feel inviting and effortlessly pulled together with a modern boho edge."

Our team, Matty and Cathie, combined forces to create The Shearwater’s stunning color palette, a thoughtful blend of warm wood tones, rich black accents, and soft neutrals.

The team shared:
"Our theme is Traditional Luxury. The palette is designed to capture the warmth and character of a traditional home while incorporating updated materials and finishes that bring the style into 2026. Inspired by colors often found in historical homes, each selection offers a fresh, modern interpretation of classic design. This is the traditional style for today."

Susan, our interior design veteran in Delaware was joined by Desiree from our Tennessee division to bring you an awe inspiring color story for The Bridgeport. Our designers described this home as:

“Grounded in rich, dark tones and warm neutrals, this home leans into a timeless, classic feel. It’s all about balance, depth, contrast, and simple, intentional details that make the space feel welcoming.”
