Ingredients
Cooking spray
2 (12-oz.) bags white chocolate chips, divided
4 tsp. vegetable oil, divided
Green gel food coloring
1 c. Lucky Charms cereal
1/2 c. green mint M&M's
3 tbsp. green and gold mixed sprinkles
Directions
Step 1
Grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray and line with parchment. In a large heatproof bowl set over a large pot of barely simmering water (make sure bowl doesn't touch water), cook 1 1/2 bags chocolate and 1 teaspoon oil, stirring, until melted and smooth.
Step 2
Pour melted chocolate onto a prepared baking sheet. Using an offset spatula, spread chocolate to a 1/4"-thick layer.
Step 3
Return bowl to pot of simmering water. Cook the remaining 1/2 bag chocolate and 3 teaspoons oil, stirring, until melted and smooth. Stir in green food coloring by the drop until desired minty green color is achieved (about 18 drops).
Step 4
Dollop green chocolate over white chocolate and spread in an even layer to create a green layer on top (or you can drizzle green chocolate over white chocolate).
Step 5
Sprinkle with Lucky Charms, M&M’s, and sprinkles. Gently press the toppings with your hands to ensure they’re partially submerged in chocolate. Let sit at room temperature until chocolate is firm and set, about 30 minutes.
Step 6 Break into large pieces with your hands and enjoy.

PEANUT BUTTER PIE
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup confectioners' sugar
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
15 miniature chocolate-covered peanut butter cups (such as Reese's), unwrapped

Directions
Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, and confectioners' sugar together until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping, then spoon the mixture into graham cracker crust.
Spread remaining whipped topping over the peanut butter mixture and garnish with peanut butter cups. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
