Just stopped by Aura Coffee Roasters in Red Bank and what a great addition to downtown! ☕️

From specialty coffee and matcha to fresh sandwiches, avocado toast, pastries, and homemade waffles, there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere is modern, welcoming, and comfortable perfect for meeting friends, getting some work done, or simply relaxing with a great cup of coffee. They also offer plenty of seating, making it a spot where you can actually stay and enjoy the experience.

If you’re in Red Bank, this is definitely a place worth checking out!

Stopped by Gem’s House Of Bagels in Highlands, NJ — easily one of the best bagel spots around. Had an incredible bagel sandwich, met the owner, and got a behind-the-scenes tour of this local favorite. Fresh bagels, great people, and true Jersey Shore vibes. 🥯🙌
