Happy End of Wednesday Friends!

Some days in real estate feel like a sprint from the moment the alarm goes off, and today is definitely one of them!

The day has been filled with contract negotiations, paperwork for existing listings, prepping several new listings for the market, and coordinating buyer tours. Saturday is shaping up to be a busy one with 12 showings already on the calendar, an open house, and more requests still coming in.

I've also been preparing for two listing appointments that came from calls received today, while simultaneously helping one of my sellers with their upcoming relocation. Finding the right real estate professional to trust with your next chapter isn't something I take lightly, and I'm happy to report I've secured what I believe is the perfect agent to help them on the other side of their move.

1st Closing of June 2026

🏡 SOLD! And this one earned every bit of that word. 💪

Some transactions are smooth. Some test every ounce of patience, persistence, and negotiating skill you have.

This one definitely fell into the second category.

We hit bumps in the road, navigated challenging negotiations, worked through obstacles that could have easily derailed the deal, and had more than a few moments where it would have been easier to walk away. But that's not how I operate.

My job isn't just to get my buyers under contract—it's to protect their interests, fight for what they deserve, and get them to the closing table with the best possible outcome. I'm happy to say we did exactly that.

Officially CLOSED! 🎉🏡

This one was quite the journey for my buyer. Unfortunately, we dealt with a large financial institution that continuously delayed closing by missing deadlines, requesting paperwork unrelated to the actual file, and showing very little urgency or care for the client, the contract, or the process itself.

Thankfully, we had an incredibly patient seller who worked with us through months of unnecessary stress and delays. In the end, we got it DONE. 💪

This transaction is the perfect example of why working with a trusted local lender your agent knows and recommends truly matters. A strong lending team can make or break a transaction. In this case, the right lender would have likely had this closed nearly TWO months ago and saved everyone involved a lot of frustration.
