I'm especially proud to personally know two incredible women featured in this movement: my daughter, Nicole, and fellow Honda engineer Serena Lysaght. Watching their dedication, intelligence, and passion for racing has been amazing.

There are so many talented, hardworking women helping make this sport what it is—from engineering and race strategy to leadership roles throughout the paddock.

The future of motorsports is brighter because of women like these, and it's great to see their contributions being recognized. Here's to all the women helping push this sport forward, both on and off the track. 🏁❤️

A huge round of applause to all of the incredible women in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES following another exciting Month of May! 👏

Teams prepare for the Indy 500 all year long. From prepping social media calendars to fine-tuning aerodynamic packages, "The Greatest Spectacle in Racing" wouldn't be what it is without the women working tirelessly behind the scenes.

So exciting to see this special piece of Indianapolis 500 history come full circle! 🏁❤️

Many of you know my daughter, Nicole Rotondo, a native of Middletown, is a Honda trackside engineer in the NTT INDYCAR Series. In 2022, she helped power the #8 Honda car driven by Marcus Ericsson to victory in the Indy 500 — and now that actual winning car is on display at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum.
As a proud mom, it’s incredibly emotional and rewarding to see her hard work, dedication, and passion become part of such an iconic moment in Indy 500 history. The teamwork and behind-the-scenes engineering that go into these race cars are truly amazing.

May is here and for the Indy 2026 season, Nicole will be powering the #26 Andretti Indy Car, driven by Will Power. Bring it on!

Feeling very grateful and proud to watch her continue chasing her dreams in motorsports. ❤️🏎️

You should know📍Monmouth County Market Update

With Netflix officially establishing a long‑term presence at Fort Monmouth and filming throughout the area, Monmouth County is gaining renewed attention — and the local housing market is already reacting.
Here’s what I’m seeing on the ground:

🏡 Sellers are achieving strong results while inventory remains limited and buyer demand is building. Often, the best outcomes happen BEFORE increased development and competition fully push values higher. Historically, sellers who do best aren’t the ones who wait for the story to fully unfold, but those who take advantage of the early momentum while inventory remains limited and buyer energy is high.

🔑 For buyers, getting a home now can be a smart way to build future equity by getting ahead of the increased demand and long‑term growth that developments like Netflix often bring.

No two situations are the same, but understanding where the market is today, and where it’s headed, helps my clients make confident decisions rather than reactive ones.
