The pool will officially open Saturday, June 6th. The kids are now out of school and it will be open every day from 12-8pm weather permitting.

Fingers crossed ..... if the temperatures stay on course for tomorrow, the Pool will be OPEN tomorrow, Sunday, 5/31, from 12pm to 6pm!!

Please remember children 13 years of age and under must have an Adult with them in order to be at the pool. If the Adult leaves, the child must leave too.

Also, in order to purchase a Guest Pass, you must be 18 or older AND an active lease holder at Pineford!

Attention Residents:

Due to the rain and temperatures expected to be in the 50's and 60's this weekend, the Pool will not be opening this weekend 🙁

This was not an easy decision to make but the Pool water temperature has barely reached 60 degrees and it is not advisable to open until the water temperature is closer to 70 degrees. We will continue to monitor the temperature daily and will update here as soon as we we know the Pool will be opening!

We know you're ready for the Summer weather and we are too! Hopefully we will see everyone next weekend if Mother Nature can warm us up a little bit!

SUMMER POOL ATTENDANTS WANTED!!

We are looking for a few dependable people to keep the swimming pool and bathroom areas clean and safe this summer! You would be responsible for (but not limited to) monitoring the chemical levels in the pool, checking residents and guests in as they enter, opening and/or closing the pool area and bathrooms, and anything else associated with maintaining a safe pool experience. Lifeguard/CPR certification would be helpful, but not required.

❄️ COLD WEATHER ALERT ❄️

🚰 Help Prevent Frozen Pipes
Cold temperatures can cause water pipes to freeze and burst, leading to water damage and loss of service. Please take the following steps to protect your apartment and the building.

🏠 What Residents Should Do:
🔥 Keep your heat ON at all times
Maintain a steady temperature, even when you are away.
💧 Let faucets drip slightly, especially overnight.
🚪 Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to reach pipes.
🚫 Do NOT turn off heat or water during cold weather.
🪟 Seal drafts around windows and doors if possible.

⚠️ Watch for Warning Signs:
🚱 Little or no water flow
🔊 Unusual noises in pipes
❄️ Frost on exposed pipes
