UPDATE as of 4:40pm: Water is slowly being turned back on to property! It should take approximately an hour for the line to be opened completely so do not worry if it takes a little longer before you have full pressure!

Please note it will be normal to see a little water discoloration and/or have air bubbles in your lines as the water has been off to the entire property and the lines have been emptied! Please let your faucet run for 15-20 seconds and this will be pushed out and cleared by the water and will be back to normal.

Water is off to the entire property as we actively work on a broken water pipe!

Due to the Code Purple Air Quality Alert, the Pool will be CLOSED on Friday, 7/17.

We will continue to monitor the air quality index over the weekend and will update if the Pool will have any further closures.

Attention Residents:

The Pool will be CLOSED on Thursday, 6/25 and Friday, 6/26 while a broken water pipe for the pool is located and repaired!

This closure is necessary to allow contractors to safely investigate the issue and complete the required repairs as quickly as possible. We understand this may be an inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while this work is being completed.

We will continue to provide updates as additional information becomes available, including any changes to the anticipated reopening date!

The pool will officially open Saturday, June 6th. The kids are now out of school and it will be open every day from 12-8pm weather permitting.

Fingers crossed ..... if the temperatures stay on course for tomorrow, the Pool will be OPEN tomorrow, Sunday, 5/31, from 12pm to 6pm!!

Please remember children 13 years of age and under must have an Adult with them in order to be at the pool. If the Adult leaves, the child must leave too.

Also, in order to purchase a Guest Pass, you must be 18 or older AND an active lease holder at Pineford!

Attention Residents:

Due to the rain and temperatures expected to be in the 50's and 60's this weekend, the Pool will not be opening this weekend 🙁

This was not an easy decision to make but the Pool water temperature has barely reached 60 degrees and it is not advisable to open until the water temperature is closer to 70 degrees. We will continue to monitor the temperature daily and will update here as soon as we we know the Pool will be opening!

We know you're ready for the Summer weather and we are too! Hopefully we will see everyone next weekend if Mother Nature can warm us up a little bit!
