Sending the biggest congratulations to my close frients who bought a new home for their family yesterday 🥰 This journey started in 2020 when they purchased their first townhome, now fast forward 5 years + another fur baby + the most adorable human one — they needed more space.

We found the perfect home situated at the top of a culdesac in Pike Creek.. it just needed a little imagination & lots of paint (luckily, they know a guy).

Don’t let me down on that garden back there! 🌶️ I will miss hanging with you guys & those baby snuggles, thank you for choosing me to be your Realtor again 😉🙃

If you know me, please check on me after my showings tonight 🫠 that I had to do with my kids in tow just after school/daycare pickup before dinner but after a bunch of random snacks to keep them quiet.

I knew the risk involved & only did this because I knew my client before I was a super professional and respectable real estate agent. Also, after that he may not (or may, idk?!?) never want more kids again. 💩

Yesterday my client bought her plants a new home 🤭🏠 So I stopped into my favorite nursery ( Trader Joe's ) & grabbed one more for her! She surprised me with a little jar of cuttings from one of her babies 🌱 & some treasures from an antique store that I will cherish forever.

Full circle moments >>

When I met Sam & Michael in 2020, they were looking to buy their first home. My daughter was 6 months old at the time and often tagged along for appointments. They welcomed my babygirl at all showings and were excited to see her… not just them though, her parents too!! They held her, held the doors while I carried her carseat in, held on while I tended to her crying in the background of a call. I was in thick of first time motherhood… in a career where your personal life and business life often overlap. They helped me realize I could be both things — a great mom & a great agent.

Fast forward….5 years almost to the date. We are out looking for their second home, it’s time to move up because they have started a family of their own. Their little guy is 6 months old! I get to hold him (agh, the baby snuggles!), hold the doors, hold on when they need to step away to tend to him. Her parents still come to showings… they all still know (and adore) my kids.

I’m so grateful to have so many clients who know I’m a package deal at times & actually welcome it. They trust that it won’t hinder my ability to represent them and provide them with the experience they deserve. In fact, their flexibility with it makes it even easier for me to do so — if you want to see a house in 2 hours welp, I might not have a babysitter that quick… but here we come! Of course, this is not everyone’s vibe & I respect that but for the clients who have grabbed my baby off my hip before I could even get to the door, or asked where they are if they miss a showing because they brought their kids too. Thank you!!

𝔽𝕖𝕓𝕣𝕦𝕒𝕣𝕪 ℝ𝕖𝕔𝕒𝕡: Although my entire family spent the entire month rotating sicknesses, the birds won the super bowl AND...

✨ 112 Marathon Drive SOLD! It took a little longer than everyone, literally, expected but my Sellers got a great offer & were able to move on to their next (smaller) chapter. I remember after I left our listing appointment I told my husband you know even if I don't get this one - I had a great time hanging out with them.. I'm so lucky to now call them my 𝒇𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔.

✨ The Hinlicky's found a home! It was one bedroom short of what they really wanted but perfect in every other way & I was sure of it.. once they seen it they agreed. We laughed so hard at our picture because she said it looks like her & I are the ones who bought the house 🤣 I am excited to welcome them to MOT & know they will love it here!

✨ A childhood friend contacted me because the house directly next to her husbands father came on the market & they wanted me to help them with making an unbeatable offer. As of yesterday they have their own little family compound going on with plans to open the fences and have one big yard. How freaking cool is that? Big thank you to Abby for an amazing cobroke on her listing, and her homemade elderberry.

I meet so many different people with stories and goals, & the fact that they choose me to help them get where they are going is never lost on me! Thank you for a great birthday month ❤️
