It was a busy and bittersweet weekend. On Friday 2 of my seller clients sold their homes for their dream locations. One moving to SC and the other to TN. Both were friends and one a close neighbor for the past 17 years. A tough day for them I'm sure but, very excited for them to enjoy their new homes down south! Also spent all weekend handling offers on a repeat clients home that went under contract this morning.

One of the sales was a home on the same street I live on. When talking to the buyer at settlement we discovered that we both attended the same high school in NJ. Small world Delaware at work again.
