Description
A prominent commercial real estate company seeks an experienced property administrator/ administrative assistant to assist a senior-level executive and property management team overseeing a national medical office real estate portfolio. The administrator will assist with all aspects of company operations, property administration, and property operations support, including tenant relations, vendor management, work order scheduling, lease administration, event planning, AP and AR support, budgeting, and reporting. The position is based in Middletown, New Jersey.
Requirements
The candidate must have a minimum of five years’ experience in a commercial real estate or property management setting. This position requires strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Our company seeks a team player with the proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. The candidate must have an acute attention to detail and demonstrated effectiveness in managing multiple work assignments simultaneously, often adhering to strict deadlines. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills and a courteous and customer service-oriented manner. Microsoft Office proficiency is required and Yardi experience preferred.
