Just Sold.

This one was different.

I have helped so many clients through moves, transitions and estate sales over the years, but this one hit close to home in a way I did not expect.

Representing a property filled with decades of memories is always meaningful, but this one was personal and emotional every step of the way.

Offered for the first time in nearly 40 years, this home was so well loved and it truly showed. I am grateful it found its next chapter with new owners who will make it their own.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who helped make this a smooth transaction while navigating all of the emotions that came with it. Your patience, professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you.
