We sometimes say this transaction was different and it meant a lot. This one hit a little harder than those as this was my mother and father in-law as the sellers. This had been just an idea that manifested into what happened today, a successful closing.

Retirement can look different to many of us such as traveling the world, making that big purchase you've always wanted, moving into a retirement facility to relax, or in this case, doing a little downsizing and receiving financial freedom. I'm grateful for them hiring me and trusting me with the process. Cheers 🥂 to them and looking forward to their future.
