Showings. Walkthroughs. Decisions. Closing. Paperwork… all virtual. She never set foot inside her home until after it was hers.
Lesley hadn’t lived here in years, but Michigan still felt like home.
She reached out from Texas after finding me online, knowing she wanted to come back to Midland… just not sure how to make it happen from that far away!
So we did everything virtually… 📲
And that kind of trust is something I don’t take lightly.
When someone’s buying from out of state, you’re not just opening doors… you’re their eyes, ears, and even their nose 👃, trying to catch the things they’d notice if they were standing right there.
That means:
• Adjusting lighting so colors actually look how they should
• Getting close enough to show the real condition of things
• Taking separate videos so you can hear what apps usually filter out
• Pointing out the little things you’d normally smell, hear, or feel in person
Just doing everything I can to make it feel as close to being there as possible. 🤝
We worked through it all step by step, and when everything came together, she got the home she was hoping for… without ever seeing it in person. Pretty cool to be a part of this! Congratulations, Lesley! 🎉🎉
