Sometimes a client comes along with a very simple goal: “I’m ready to be done with this.”

This seller was referred to me by a friend and reached out at the beginning of a week, ready to sell his rental property and move on.
By that Thursday, we had it on the market. We priced it competitively, had a few dozen showings, and received an offer within the first three days.
But a quick sale doesn't happen without a seller who is willing to put in the work, and he did exactly that.
Today, we officially closed. 🏡🔑

We actually started looking for a home a few years ago, but circumstances put the search on hold. When the time was right to try again, we looked at several homes that just didn’t work out.

Congratulations to my buyers on closing on their new home! 🏡✨

From the moment we started this journey, this one felt worth fighting for. Between a LOT of negotiating, some patience, and a few unexpected obstacles along the way, we finally made it to the closing table.
