Eastman Avenue is turning red, white, and blue tomorrow, May 16 as hundreds of volunteers plant flowers for the 36th year of Midland Blooms! ❤️🤍💙

To keep our friends and neighbors safe while they transform the avenue one petunia at a time, Eastman Avenue will be reduced to one lane in both directions from Wackerly Street to Buttles Street from 6 a.m. – 12 p.m. tomorrow. Since this is a high-traffic street, we recommend seeking an alternate route during this time. If you must drive through the areas where groups are planting, please drive with extreme caution and give a friendly wave!

This year features red, white, and blue patriotic petunias in honor of the United States’ 250th birthday! Uncle Sam definitely approves.
