Yesterday was the final piece to a multi leg move! We officially closed on the Swinson’s new home! After personally building their lake home 30+ years ago, losing Wixom Lake and now with their newest grandbaby on the way - they knew it was time to make the transition. It was a bittersweet journey and one that took some time. Their purchase also meant we were able to wrap up the Slade families last home purchase in the lower peninsula.

I was so honored to help these two wonderful families! This process is sometimes full of surprises and challenges but these two held on and made it through!

Yesterday was a big day for the McLocklin family! After 30+ years of their family home in Dryden, they made the jump to Sanford Lake! We house hunted for 2 and a half years before finding this absolutely stunning lake home. They were patient and it definitely paid off!! Congratulations you guys! 🧡

Huge thank you to Herb Saenz for being so great to work with on the listing side their new home! 🥳

Today we officially wrapped up Steven and Taylor’s sale of their first home after purchasing their new home a couple weeks ago! I was so honored to help them through their process as they came to me from a past client turned friend, referral! I will forever be so grateful for those referrals 🧡
