I’ve seen so many buyers fall in love with a house, only to realize later that the neighborhood isn’t the right fit. 🫣

As someone who’s helped countless clients find their dream home, I always advise them to look beyond the listing photos and visit the neighborhood multiple times.

A game is definitely one of my favorite ways to spend a summer night. 🤎⚽️

First off, we’ve gotten to build relationships with the players because my son does one-on-one training with some of the players during the summer.

PLUS ➕ it’s such a fun atmosphere for families✨ and if the kids love it and watch, it’s definitely a win!

One of our favorite parts? is usually there, and they have some of the best popsicles you’ll ever have. Seriously… if that’s your only reason for going, it’s still worth it. 😂

And after every game, the players come up into the stands to sign autographs for the kids. Don’t forget to grab a West Texas FC jersey or your favorite soccer ball for them to sign! ✍🏻
