Samantha Berg’s career has been fueled by a deep passion for helping others. She began as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing compassionate care for four years while pursuing her nursing studies at Delta College. Realizing her desire to make a difference could take new forms, Samantha transitioned to real estate in 2017 as an assistant to Theresa Guthrie, marking the start of her journey in t

he industry. By 2020, she took on a full-time administrative role at Guthrie and Associates, where she refined her skills and developed a strong interest in real estate. Samantha became a licensed Real Estate Agent in February 2021 and moved to RE/MAX of Midland in July 2024. She is excited to leverage her experience to help clients find their perfect homes and is committed to making a positive impact in their lives. Outside of her professional endeavors, Samantha is a first-time mom to her son, Henry. She has a love for animals and enjoys spending time outdoors whenever the weather permits.
