Attention Residents!☃️Here's just a few friendly reminders about our snow removal policy.
1. Please park at least 12 inches away from the curbs. This will ensure that the maintenance crew can safely maneuver their snow blowers and salting equipment down the sidewalks.
2. Once a parking area has been cleared of snow, please temporarily move your vehicle to the cleared area. Failure to move will result in a $50 fine.
3. Be careful and patient. Our team always does their best to keep up with the snow removal.
It takes everyone's assistance to ensure snow removal goes smoothly. We appreciate your patience and cooperation while we work to remove the snow.
