It’s not often that another Realtor, specially the agent on the other side of the transaction, takes the time to leave you a review, so this one meant a little extra.

This deal almost didn’t close. After already receiving a Clear to Close from their lender, a last-minute requirement came up that could have delayed closing for weeks.

I spent the morning making calls and exhausting every real estate resource I had. A couple hrs later we had what we needed, my buyers CLOSED, got their keys, and moved into their new home.

But I definitely didn’t do this one alone.
