Rick graduated from Northwood University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. He brings to Ayre Rhinehart over 20 years of business experience in restaurant ownership/management, accounting, customer service, facilities management, sales and sales management. Rick cites exemplary customer service and attention to detail as the common thread throughout his business career. As the father of four children Rick is very aware of the importance of schools, parks and other educational and recreational activities and their influence on your housing decision. Rick is a member of the Midland Board of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council. Rick believes that the most important thing you can do in this business is to actively listen to people to ascertain their unique needs and wants.
