Yesterday was closing day for clients I met in 2019!!!

We started in 2019 looking for a little more quiet but the right home wasn’t there for them at this time.

We were in the process of selling their current home and had an offer. Jen knew it just did not feel like the time, so we took their home off market and waited.

We as a team made the best decisions for them. Sometimes these decisions are NOT easy but are what needs to be done.

2026: we found the perfect property with the perfect home and a pole barn. Jen and Duane were patient and knew what they wanted. The owner had listed it For sale by owner and he was such a nice man. Don’t be afraid to use your realtor for these properties!

For all of you considering the option For Sale by Owner, message me as the home we bought appraised significantly above the asking price of the seller. Don’t make that mistake and leave cash at the table.

The day may have rained but the Joy was felt as they drove to their new home! I am so proud of them and proud they trusted me to help them.
