Scrolling through homes is exciting, but nothing compares to walking through a home in person and seeing what actually feels right.

Here’s what I tell buyers:
• Online photos don’t show everything
• The “perfect” home online can feel completely different in person
• Touring homes helps you learn what you really want
• The sooner you start touring, the more confident your decision becomes

You don’t have to be “100% ready” to start looking. Sometimes the first tour is what gives you clarity.
