1️⃣ Am I financially ready for a down payment and monthly mortgage payment?
2️⃣ Do I plan to stay in this area for at least a few years?
3️⃣ Is my credit in a good position to qualify for a loan?
4️⃣ Have I been pre-approved so I know my true budget?
5️⃣ Am I ready for the responsibilities of homeownership, like maintenance and repairs?
