Each contract allows us to learn the story of a property. Tracing ownership from the seller back to the original land grant. Establishing through legal documents that the seller has the legal right to sell the property. An unbroken chain of title is necessary for title insurance to be issued, protecting buyers and lenders from potential ownership disputers. Peace of mind for you and your new Home Sweet Home.
