I love working with those that are new to the Midland Area. I have been actively involved in Midland Real Estate for over 25 years. After many years as a top producing agent, working with transferees, Relocation Companies, local buyers and sellers, I took a position as General Manager of a local franchised Real Estate company. Although I found this job very interesting, I realized I missed meeting
and helping home buyers and sellers. In 2006 I excitedly returned back to sales. As I dove head first back into real estate, I also began serving on many committees at the Permian Basin Board of Realtors. I also served as the Director from 2006-2011 and was elected President for the 2011 term. I was then elected Realtor of the Year, by my peers in 2012. I found being the Director and President of the board to be very challenging, but extremely rewarding. It gave me an in depth knowledge of the real estate “world” that I would not have the opportunity to gain if I did not serve. Also during this time, I completed the Texas Realtor Leadership Program (TLRP), which was a very large achievement for me. Living in Midland all my life, as third generation Midlander, I have seen this town go through many of its ups, and downs and ups again. Growing up in these neighborhoods, and raising my children here, I am very familiar with all schools, private or public, and I am familiar with the mechanics of this city as well. I am always involved in city functions such as Christmas in April, The Feed for Need, plus I served on the Landscape Committee for the city. I am very dedicated and look forward to helping future clients find a home that will fit them and their lifestyle.
