🏡 Congratulations to my client, Travis, on closing on his very first home! 🎉

This closing is a perfect example of why having the right team in your corner makes all the difference.

When we started the process, Travis had already been working with another lender. After taking the time to shop around, I connected him with one of my trusted preferred lenders—a fellow military veteran—who took the time to ask the right questions. That’s when we discovered Travis qualified for a VA loan, something that had been completely overlooked.

Some moments are about so much more than buying a house… they’re about the start of an exciting new chapter. ❤️

Right before I headed out for a weekend away, I had the privilege of handing Rachelle the keys to her beautiful new home in Midlothian.

This closing meant so much because it represents a huge transition and an exciting new beginning. Rachelle is one of the kindest, most driven people you’ll ever meet, and I couldn’t be more proud of her for taking this next step.

The house couldn’t be a more perfect fit. It has a gorgeous yard that her dogs have already claimed as their own, and I know it’s going to be filled with so many wonderful memories.

Today was a pretty special day.

Just a couple of months ago, Rebeca and I made the decision to join The Yeatman Group. As we were starting this new chapter, we talked about how exciting it would be if one day we saw both of our names on the Top 10 board together.

Today, that happened.

I was honored to be ranked #1 for the past two weeks, and Rebeca came in at #8 among more than 60 agents. Seeing both of our names on that board meant more to me than the ranking itself because it represented a goal we set for ourselves when we joined this incredible team.

What makes this recognition especially meaningful is knowing it is only possible because of the people who trust me. Whether we’ve known each other for years, met through a referral, connected on social media, or met for the first time at an open house, every client who chooses me to represent them is the reason moments like this happen.
