A huge congratulations to Alli on the purchase of her very first home! ❤️

This journey wasn’t the easiest. Over the last three months, we toured nearly 20 homes, wrote multiple offers, faced the disappointment of losing out in a competitive market, and yes… there were even a few tears along the way.

But through it all, Alli never gave up.

She stayed positive, trusted the process, and kept her eyes on the goal. Today, that perseverance paid off. She and Alex are officially homeowners and get to start the exciting process of making 1610 Overlook Street their own.

One of my favorite parts of real estate is seeing moments like this—the excitement, the relief, and the pride that comes from unlocking the door to a home you’ve worked so hard for.

So happy for Rachelle officially going under contract after balancing so much behind the scenes these past few weeks. Between preparing a home for the market, buying and selling at the same time, and managing one of the busiest seasons of her job, this was no small task.

But honestly, so much of the credit goes to Naomi & Lance. Their hard work, dedication, and trust in the process made all the difference, and I couldn’t be more grateful for them.

Beyond the sale itself, this one was personal. 💙 Naomi & Lance were friends first, clients second, and while we’ll miss them in the neighborhood, I’m genuinely excited for this next chapter as they relocate out of state for better medical care and support.
