Running from showing to showing and… lunch didn’t happen.
But hubby to the rescue 🥪💛
Favorite water bottle
Favorite LaCroix
And we keep it moving
Here’s the thing most buyers don’t realize, you usually need to walk through a few homes before it clicks.
What you think you want on paper…
and what actually feels like “home” can be completely different.
And that’s okay, that’s part of the process.
I’m here for all of it…
the quick bites in the car, the “hmm this isn’t it,”
and the moment when you just know. 🏡
I’ll walk you through every step 💕

So excited for my first-time home buyers who just landed the perfect home after touring several great options in all the right areas around Richmond.
Remember me posting about my handsome driver taking me to showings on Tuesday? 😉 Well… that day turned out to be even more special than we knew.
We had two showings scheduled mid morning, and on the way home this one popped up on their search. We were originally going to see it the next day, but I moved a few things around and got them in later that same afternoon. 🙌
And thank goodness we did, because this home was in a popular area with lots of interest. We wrote the offer and got it under contract the very next day!
This one was truly the perfect fit, and I couldn’t be happier for them. 💕 Grateful for great timing, flexibility, and a little teamwork. 🏡✨
