So excited for my first-time home buyers who just landed the perfect home after touring several great options in all the right areas around Richmond.
Remember me posting about my handsome driver taking me to showings on Tuesday? 😉 Well… that day turned out to be even more special than we knew.
We had two showings scheduled mid morning, and on the way home this one popped up on their search. We were originally going to see it the next day, but I moved a few things around and got them in later that same afternoon. 🙌
And thank goodness we did, because this home was in a popular area with lots of interest. We wrote the offer and got it under contract the very next day!
This one was truly the perfect fit, and I couldn’t be happier for them. 💕 Grateful for great timing, flexibility, and a little teamwork. 🏡✨

In between showings kind of day 💕
Lunch at River City Tavern, coffee at Blanchard’s, and getting some work done at Stella’s on Forest Hill Ave. All while soaking in the Christmas decorations. 🌲❄️

Black Friday looked a little different for me this year… and I loved every bit of it. 🛍️🏡💕

Started the morning at Blanchard’s Coffee meeting with my sweet first-time homebuyer clients, chatting through everything they need to know, answering questions, and getting them ready for this exciting journey. ☕️🏡

Then it was off to showings, followed by jumping into Christmas decorating (because it's officially that season! 🎄).

And to top it all off… ice cream to end the night. 🍦 A full heart kind of day.

So grateful for the people I get to walk beside in this business. 💕🏡

✨ A full heart kind of day.

Started the morning under the most beautiful sky, then spent the day delivering Thanksgiving goodies to some of my amazing clients. 🍁🧡 I’m so thankful for each of you—your support, your trust, and the joy you bring into my life and business.

Made a quick stop to donate blood today, too. Grateful for the chance to give back in a small way during a season that reminds us what really matters. ❤️

And now? Wrapping up the evening by scheduling showings for a busy day tomorrow. 🏡✨
