Most people pick a listing agent based on what looks good on paper. The sales volume, the years in business, a few solid Google reviews.

None of that tells you how the sale is actually going to go. The agents worth hiring set themselves apart in different ways.

It's in the questions they invite you to ask, the strategy they bring to the table before your home ever hits the MLS, and the way they communicate with you through every step of the sale.

When you’re blessed to win the lottery of life by having parents who love you and show it through their actions, you are truly fortunate.

My dad was an incredible man. He stood firm in his beliefs, raised us in faith, and gave us the tools we needed to succeed. Most importantly, he did it all with love in his heart. ❤️

His best advice was simple:

“Keep putting one foot in front of the other. Eventually, you’ll get where you want to be.”

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads who lead, teach, support, and love their families every day. 💙

The worst real estate advice in Richmond sounds right until it costs you money.

I hear the same myths every week. From clients, from DMs, from people repeating something they read online without checking if it actually held up.

Some of these are harmless. Others have cost people tens of thousands or set their plans back by months.

I'd rather be the agent who gives you the honest answer now than the one who stays quiet and lets you learn it the hard way.

A few things you’ll never catch me doing as a Richmond realtor. 🛑

Real estate can feel like a sales game from the outside, and I get why!

Some people are simply focused on hitting the number, closing the deal, and moving on to the next one. That’s just never been the way I want to work.

For me, this job is so much more than handing over a set of keys.

It’s helping someone find a place that actually fits the way they want to live, and being someone they can count on long after the closing paperwork is done.

The agents worth working with are the ones who treat your money, your time, and your future like it matters.
