WHOA, THAT was a whirlwind!!!! 💨 👏After 13 showings and a little over 24 hours on the market, we had 6 offers in hand! The next day, we were ratified with a great contract 🤯🤩😭😍We are absolutely blown away, our little home that we loved so much had gained so much interest!!! I’m so glad that our love and care of that house seemingly shown through! We will always have love for this house - it was the home that we brought all 3 of our kiddos home from the hospital to after they were born! Though we are so excited for it to have another owner to love it like we did and for us to start our next chapter 🥹 onward to the closing table! 📝🏡
