Rental scammers are copying real Byrd Property Management rentals and posting them as fake listings on Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, TikTok, Instagram, and other social sites. They message interested renters, build trust, and pressure them into sending a deposit or "hold fee" for a home they don't actually control. If you've been asked to send money to hold or rent a property, stop and verify with us first.

A real Byrd rental will never require payment through a personal Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, cryptocurrency or gift card. Please NEVER send money through these channels and verify the listing is real by checking our website: https://byrdpm.com

To ensure the safety of your investment and compliance with our management standards, every prospective tenant must complete our full screening process. This includes a credit check (620 minimum), income verification (3x the rent), and a review of landlord references.

We don't do sight-unseen rentals as a way to protect both our home owners and our tenants. Just another Byrd difference!
