The 2026 RangeWater Impact Foundation Golf Classic brought together our Rangers, partners, and sponsors for a day of golf, connection, and giving back.

We are proud to share that $40,000 was raised in support of The Boyce L. Ansley School in Atlanta, Georgia, a tuition-free private school dedicated to providing education and family support to children and families who have experienced homelessness.

As Franco shared, every single team member plays an incredibly important role in our business, and Employee Appreciation Week gave us the opportunity to celebrate exactly that. From good eats and team activities to meaningful moments together, we loved seeing our Rangers take the time to make their teams feel seen, appreciated, and extra loved.

In this interview, Chris gives us a look into the fast-moving world of maintenance and capital projects, where no two days are quite the same. He reflects on his transition from Senior Regional Service Director into his current leadership role and the experiences that helped prepare him for that next step.
 
Chris also shares what it takes to maintain hundreds of units at a consistently high standard — often doing the work residents may never notice when everything is running exactly as it should.
 
Here’s to the people, the stories, and the heart behind RangeWater Residential.

A huge shoutout to Steve, Regional Maintenance Manager, for giving his time to lead a CPO class for Entryway participants in training here in North Carolina! 👏

That extra certification is already making an impact — 16 of the 18 participants have found positions, with their CPO certification helping give them an added advantage as they take the next step in their careers.

Thank you to Chris Moffett, Leigh Stevens, and everyone who helped make this possible. And an extra big thank you to Steve for showing up, sharing his knowledge, and giving back in such a meaningful way. Simply put — thank you for being Steve!
