We had a blast with the kids this summer, but I’d be lying if I said we aren’t happy they’re back in school and we’re getting back to a routine.

I’ve been a little quiet on here but that doesn’t mean we weren’t busy enjoying the summer.

A lot of family time, a little chaos, and thankfully, a few houses sold and a few more under contract.

A huge congratulations to my buyers on closing on their new home!

This wasn't an overnight success. We spent over a year looking for the right house, staying patient and waiting for the one that truly fit. When it finally hit the market, we found ourselves in a multiple offer situation, but together we put together a winning offer and got it under contract.
