Heather Placer Mull, CCIM, MAI, SRA Commercial Specialist I am a CCIM commercial specialist/associate broker in the Richmond area focusing on a wide variety o I am licensed in Virginia.

I am an associate broker who brings to the table 25+ years of experience in the real estate industry. My career started as a residential appraiser, converting to commercial real estate 13 years ago, mostly in the Richmond region. In 2010 I earned the coveted MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute. As an appraiser, I have specialized in various forms of retail, office, land, multifam

ily, and specialty use properties. I have also performed market commercial rent analysis, marketability and feasibility studies, and various consulting assignments. I hold a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Valuation from Virginia Commonwealth University and teach in the real estate department as an adjunct faculty member. I am an active member of the Virginia Commonwealth Chapter of the Appraisal Institute (former president and national director), General Federation of Women’s Clubs, and the Richmond SPCA's Fur Ball comittee. I was the 2020 president of the Mid Atlantic CCIM Chapter. I bring this expertise to the sales side as a commercial real estate specialist. I grew up on Lake Gaston and eventually relocated to Richmond. I joined the sales team to share this knowledge with my clients. I understand that commercial properties require expertise that many competitors do not have. Oh my goodness GOLF ENTHUSIASTS, check out what Connor got his paws on! It is THE full program for the 2025 Masters!
Connor is willing to add it to the Masters Tournament Merchandise Raffle package once he gets done drooling over all the wonderful photos and articles.
The list of included merchandise can be found in the photos along with the QR code to purchase raffle tickets.
Tickets can be purchased in three amounts: 1 for $20, 3 for $50, or 5 for $75. Raffle tickets on sale until end of day Sunday, April 6. Winner will be announced Monday, April 7 after being chosen using a random number generator.
