Please research for better rates. Loans are not as easy as they used to be. 5 year arm's may also assist to remortgage at a lower interest if arm is not paid off and refinanced, the balance must be paid in full. Borrowers of 401k to assist after first home benefits were used can cost high interest and penalties even though Borrowers are using their own funds prior to 65 years of age.
