This week, while walking our floor guy through the house, he noticed the light over the front porch. He asked me if i installed the fixutre b/c it looked so much like the one in our logo. I should have lied to him and said, "of course i did."

We picked up our first rental in December. Dreamworkers Remodeling and Construction is making quick work of this project having completed demo, installed new windows and vinyl siding. They'll move to the interior next week.

With Powderham on the market, the team is fully focused on Roxshire. We're probably 30% complete on the exterior (siding replacement, siding and trim paint) and the landscapers are busy out back (you can actually see the fence now!). Inside, we're prepping for paint and adding a structural support in the kitchen for the master bath above. Dreamworkers Construction and remodeling is really moving through this one. I can't wait to show the neighbors the transformation.

Roxshire: It was all smiles yesterday as word spread that we started the renovation. I feel as though I met everyone in Roxshire as they came by to see the tree work. In fact, its the first time we've been invited for cold beverages! Special thanks to Jeremiah Tuttle from Old Dominion Tree Company. They wrapped up in about five hours. Roof work will start next week.
