Meanwhile, the median list price has moved from $664,975 last week to $649,900 this week.

Now, that doesn't mean individual home values suddenly dropped $15,075. But it DOES tell us that the mix of available listings and overall market conditions are changing.

And here's what makes this especially interesting:

If inventory continues growing faster than buyer demand, we could see additional downward pressure on prices.

A sustained upward shift in the Market Action Index could signal that demand is strengthening again.

This closing post may be a week late… but my excitement for this couple hasn’t faded one bit! 🥂❤️

An engagement AND the keys to their very first home?! What an incredible beginning to this next chapter together! 🔑✨
